Hello and welcome. It takes a lot of strength to be here. I am a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience, licensed in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey. I specialize in helping adults better understand themselves, particularly those who have felt overlooked, misunderstood, or unsure why certain aspects of life have felt more difficult for them compared to others. I bring a calm, thoughtful, and direct presence to the assessment process. I want to create an environment where you can speak openly and feel genuinely heard. My goal is to provide an assessment experience that is respectful, thorough, and grounded in an understanding of you as a whole person.

No, and that's how I see neurodiversity. Individuals with neurodiversity are like fish trying to thrive in an environment that isn't suited for them. It's not the fish that's the issue; it's the environment. If your surroundings aren't supportive, how can you reach your full potential? If you're neurodivergent, I want you to know there's absolutely nothing wrong with you. You're learning to navigate a society that wasn't designed with your unique way of thinking in mind. You're figuring out how your mind works so you can adapt to an environment that doesn't naturally support you.
