Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is John Drozd. I currently live in Colorado, and am licensed in 49 States (everywhere except New York). I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward greater well-being and self-understanding. As a clinician, I believe in creating a safe, compassionate space where you feel truly heard and understood. My goal is to partner with you, helping you find resilience and uncover strengths as we work together to understand life’s challenges. Every person’s journey is unique, and I’m committed to offering care that is as individual as you are.

Hi, I’m Laura. I’ve been a therapist for twenty years. Our work together will be a partnership: you bring expertise about yourself, and I offer motivation, support, and guidance as you move toward your goals. My approach is eclectic and grounded in research-based methods, tailored to your unique needs. I believe the body, mind, and spirit are connected, so our sessions may include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and breathwork. I will provide a safe, nurturing space where you can talk openly and show up as yourself—no masking required.

Hello! I'm Haley, a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who's licensed and based in Colorado. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed and based in Colorado. My work as a therapist is grounded in empathy, respect, and taking the time to understand the many things that shape who you are. I believe therapy can be a place to get curious about yourself and explore the ways you think, communicate, and connect with the world around you. I approach our work together with acceptance and nonjudgment, creating a place where you can take up space and bring all parts of yourself; the things that feel heavy and the things that bring you joy, curiosity, or meaning. I want to understand your perspective and the things that matter to you while honoring your experiences and all the ways you show up as an individual. My goal is that our work together supports you in feeling more at home with yourself, building affirming coping strategies, and developing a deeper understanding of your experiences while honoring the person you already are.

Hello! My name is Curt. I have spent my career working with people during moments when clarity, compassion, and careful listening matter. As a licensed psychologist, registered nurse, and certified emergency response professional in Colorado, I have learned that every person brings a complex story shaped by biology, experience, relationships, culture, stress, resilience, and the environments they have had to navigate.
We all have strenghs, gifts and challenges. My approach to assessment is grounded in respect, curiosity, and collaboration. I see this process as an opportunity to help people better understand themselves, make sense of lifelong patterns, identify strengths and needs, and access supports that fit who they actually are.
What drives me as a provider is helping adults feel seen with accuracy and kindness. Many people come to assessment after years of wondering why certain parts of life have felt harder, different, or more exhausting than expected. My goal is to create a safe and thoughtful space where questions can be explored without judgment, and where the final outcome offers practical understanding, validation, and direction.

Hello and thank you for considering working with me! I'm a licensed clinical psychologist in Silver Spring, MD. My professional background includes extensive experience with psychological testing and a clinical focus on the intersection of identities and cultural context. I believe that my role as an assessor is to respond to whatever question you have or problem you're experiencing with compassion, knowledge, clarity, and humility. A good psychological assessment is holistic, integrating your unique experience with best practices/information from the field and interpreting all of that in the context of where you live, work, and play. I very much hope to begin this journey with you soon!
