Find Adult Autism Care Near You
Our team of therapists and psychologists has extensive experience working with autistic adults.

Thank you for visiting my page! My name is Sabrina, and I am a counseling psychologist based in Austin, Texas. Taking the first step toward learning more about yourself can feel like a big decision, and I'm glad you're here. In addition to being licensed as a psychologist in Texas, I am PSYPACT-authorized to provide telehealth services to individuals in all participating states. My training and clinical experience span community mental health, residential substance use treatment, university counseling, and private practice, where I have developed a specialty area in providing assessments for adults and have supported adults on the autism spectrum across each setting.
I did not originally expect to specialize in assessment; however, over time, I came to see assessment as an opportunity to blend clinical expertise with compassion, flexibility, and a deep appreciation for each individual’s unique story. Assessment can be much more than determining whether someone meets criteria for a diagnosis—it's an opportunity to better understand how you experience the world, relate to others, and make sense of both your strengths and the challenges you may have faced. My hope is that, through working together, you leave the assessment process feeling seen and understood, with greater clarity to help you move forward with confidence.

Hi! I'm Ashley, a licensed psychologist in Texas. I believe in a strengths-based approach and that the best evaluations begin with genuine curiosity. Everyone has a unique story, and my goal is to understand the whole person, not just a checklist of symptoms. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable talking openly about your experiences. I see the evaluation process as a collaboration. Together, we'll build a better understanding of how you think, learn, and experience the world so you leave with meaningful insights and practical recommendations that fit your life.

Hey there! I’m really glad you’re here. I know reaching out can be a big step, and my goal is to make that step feel as safe and supported as possible. I’m a licensed psychologist, and I’m passionate about walking alongside people as they navigate anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, and the quiet “stuck” places that are hard to name but even harder to carry alone.
In our work together, I focus on creating a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and not judged for whatever you’re going through. I see therapy as a collaborative process: you bring your lived experience and wisdom; I bring clinical training, tools, and an attentive presence. Together, we’ll clarify what you want your life to look and feel like, and then we’ll work step by step toward those goals at a pace that feels right for you.
My style is warm, grounded, and curious. I’ll invite you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with compassion rather than criticism, and I’ll help you notice the strengths and resilience that are often easy to overlook in yourself. We might integrate approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and relational work, depending on what fits you best. Above all, I care that therapy feels like a place where you can be fully yourself—messy, hopeful, uncertain, and everything in between.
Whether you’re seeking support for a specific concern or simply feeling ready for something to change, you don’t have to figure it out alone. It would be an honor to partner with you as you move toward more clarity, ease, and connection in your life.

As a provider, I believe in creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and valued. I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach, meeting you where you are and tailoring care to your unique experiences, goals, and needs. My work is guided by compassion, cultural humility, and evidence-based practices, with a focus on helping you develop practical coping skills, emotional insight, and resilience.
Every journey is personal, and there is no one-size-fits-all path to growth. My goal is to walk alongside you, offering encouragement, structure, and understanding as you move toward greater balance, confidence, and overall well-being.

Hi, I'm Tia. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Texas, and for over 15 years I've helped people navigate anxiety, burnout, trauma, life transitions, and the moments in life that leave us questioning who we are and where we're headed. What drives me as a therapist is watching people reconnect with parts of themselves they thought they had lost or convince themselves never existed in the first place. I don't believe people are broken or need to be fixed. More often than not, they're carrying patterns, expectations, and survival strategies that once served a purpose but no longer fit the life they're trying to build. My goal is to create a space where you can show up as your authentic self, explore what is and isn't working, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are.
