Our team of therapists and psychologists has extensive experience working with autistic adults.

Hello! My name is Gladys Rodriguez, and I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) licensed psychologist in the states of Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, and Tennessee. I grew up in San Juan, Puerto Rico and have lived, worked, and studied in various parts of the United States, including Florida, Texas, Louisiana, and Virginia. I began my professional journey as an elementary school teaching neurotypical children along with neurodiverse students. My desire to create a more neuro-affirming environment and understand the way neurodiverse individuals think motivated me to pursue a doctorate in clinical psychology. Being a psychologist has given me the opportunity to further develop my expertise in autism through continued education and extensive work experiences, mainly conducting psychological assessments both virtually and in-person.

I’m Dr. L. Winley, a licensed clinical psychologist based in North Carolina, and I provide care to adults across multiple states through PSYPACT. I specialize in comprehensive psychological assessment and work with you when you’re seeking clarity, understanding, and an accurate diagnosis. My goal is to support your insight and self-understanding in a way that feels affirming and grounded, offering clarity without reducing you to a diagnosis.

I am a counselor based in Greensboro, North Carolina, providing evidence-informed, individualized mental health services to adolescents and adults. I also provide affirming and inclusive care to members of the LGBTQIAPK community. Treatment is tailored to each client’s clinical needs, with a focus on fostering insight, emotional regulation, and sustainable behavioral change.
