Hello! I'm Stephanie Durham (she/her), a licensed professional clinical counselor in Dayton, Ohio. A graduate of Bowling Green State University, I have been practicing since January 2018. I have worked with all ages over the past several years, focusing on neurodivergence, emotion dysregulation, life stage changes, and trauma while specializing in ADHD. I bring to therapy a collaborative, structured approach in which we work together to problem-solve, adjust thought patterns, explore relationship dynamics, and learn new coping skills to replace unhelpful habits, while appreciating each person's unique truth.

Welcome! My name is Russell Spieth, PhD. I live in Cleveland Heights, and am licensed in Ohio. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work together toward understanding, healing and growth. I became a psychologist because I believe in the incredible resilience of the human spirit. I enjoy partnering with adults on their journey toward being their best selves. If you're seeking a supportive, open space to learn more about yourself and address life's challenges, I'm here to help.

Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Dianna Stephens, a licensed clinical social worker based in Cincinnati, Ohio, and I’m licensed to provide therapy in Ohio and Illinois. I’m passionate about offering care that is affirming, respectful, and rooted in understanding each person’s lived experience. My background includes supporting adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, identity exploration, and major life transitions. I take an autism-affirming approach to therapy, meaning I focus on strengths, self-understanding, and practical tools — not “fixing” or changing who you are. Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to what actually works for you. What drives me as a provider is helping clients feel seen, validated, and more confident in navigating daily life in ways that align with their needs and values. I strive to create a safe, low-pressure space where growth feels supportive and sustainable.
