Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Rebecca Zabinski. I currently live in the north metro of the twin cities in Minnesota. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and grounded in trust. I believe in meeting clients where they are at in life and partnering with them to set meaningful goals. My style is relational and conversational, often incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and attachment-based techniques. I frequently provide clients with small, actionable goals to help them build habits that align with their larger aspirations in between sessions. I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward greater well-being and self-understanding. My hope is to partner with you in uncovering your own personal strengths and life purpose where you feel truly heard and understood.

Hello! I'm Amy Donovan, a licensed psychologist in Minnesota. I'm thrilled to be be part of the journey of adults who are exploring whether they may be on the autism spectrum, often after years of wondering, questioning, or feeling a bit out of sync without clear answers. My approach is grounded in respect for your personal lived experience. Together, we will gently explore your history, strengths, and unique challenges to build a clearer picture of how you experience the world. For me, an ASD assessment is about more than a diagnosis. It's about helping you make sense of your story in a way that is meaningful, validating, and empowering.
