Welcome! My name is Wayne, and I'm a psychologist. More to the point, I'm a person. And I happen to be a person who is credentialed as a psychologist. I learned a lot of things in school and during my career. But my genuine concern for people is part of who I am, not something I learned from a book. I am happy to be on a first-name basis. Some people are not entirely comfortable with that, so you can call me Dr. Wayne if you prefer. I live in the Tampa Bay, Florida area, but I come from New England. I am licensed in Florida and Connecticut. It's important to me to always see you as a real person, with more experiences and emotions than you can possibly express. It's my job to try to create a safe space so you will help me to understand you. Let's begin.

I am humbled to be a part of your unique journey.

Hello and welcome—I’m really glad you’re here. My name is Ral Etolue, and I’m a licensed therapist based in Connecticut with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life’s complexities. What drives me in this work is a genuine passion for helping people feel seen, understood, and supported in meaningful ways. I believe therapy should be a space where you don’t have to filter yourself—a place grounded in compassion, respect, and real connection. Over the years, I’ve learned that when people feel truly heard, they’re better able to access their own resilience and move toward the kind of growth they’re seeking. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based. I see my role as a partner in your journey—someone who walks alongside you as you navigate challenges, deepen your self-understanding, and build on the strengths you already carry. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care; your experiences, values, and goals matter, and I tailor my work to reflect that.Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or simply a space to process and grow, I’m here to support you in a way that feels thoughtful, grounded, and uniquely aligned with who you are.
