Welcome! My name is Amy Kelly, and I received my Master of Art (counseling) from Oakland University in 2017 and am licensed in Michigan. I have been working in the mental health field since 2015 and have experience working with a wide variety of individuals at all stages of their lives. My areas of specialization include life transitions, self-esteem, trauma, personality disorders, neurodivergence, and SPMI. I have training and experience in DBT, EMDR, and am a trauma certified counselor.

It is my goal to provide a space where you feel safe, heard and respected so that you can gain a better understanding about things you are struggling with in life. Whether that be life transitions, relationships, grief, work stressors etc., that may be causing you to feel stressed, stuck or unwell.
