Hi, I’m Ikesha.
Navigating a world that wasn't necessarily built with your unique brain in mind can feel exhausting, overwhelming, and at times, deeply isolating. Whether you are seeking a formal understanding of your neurodivergence, learning to navigate late-diagnosed autism, or simply looking for a space where you don't have to "mask" to be accepted, I am here to walk alongside you.

Hello! I am Stephanie Kripa. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and compassionate place where people can get encouragement and support as they navigate through the challenges of life. I know something about failure, trauma, anxiety, ADHD, poor self-esteem, and relationships. I also know something about what it takes to be with what hurts in a way that leads to an unwinding of stuck, repeating, and critical patterns in our lives. I get it, I’ve been there! Maybe you just need someone to talk to who will listen without judgment, shame or blame. What if you could be Unstuck, heard, successful and at peace?

Hello, I'm Shannon, a psychologist specializing in autism assessment for adults. If you've been wondering whether you may be on the autism spectrum, I would be honored to guide you through the evaluation process.
I believe that an autism assessment is about much more than reaching a diagnosis—it's an opportunity to better understand yourself, your experiences, and the challenges and strengths that have shaped your life. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you can share your story openly and feel truly heard.
Together, we will explore your questions, make sense of your experiences, and work toward greater clarity and self-understanding.
