I am passionate about supporting individual on their journey toward self-understanding and an overall well-being. My goal is to partner with you, helping you find your strengths to build a quality of life you feel comfortable and confident with. Every person's journey is different and I am committed to offering you person centered support and guidance. I offer CBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and other symptom management skills.
