Hello, and welcome! I’m Dr. Nathan Hale, a licensed clinical psychologist licensed to practice in Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Utah, and Washington. My background includes training in both clinical and health psychology, and throughout my career I’ve worked with adults experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, ADHD, depression, stress, life transitions, grief, and challenges with emotional regulation and executive functioning.
What I value most about this work is helping people better understand themselves and identify practical ways to improve their day-to-day lives. I believe effective care should be collaborative, individualized, and grounded in each person’s experiences, strengths, and goals. I bring curiosity, warmth, and a sense of humor to my work, and I value open, straightforward conversations where you can feel comfortable being yourself.
