Hi, I'm Dr. Teague Cowley — a licensed clinical psychologist based in Park City, Utah, and the founder of Steady Path Psychological Services. My work is rooted in a simple but deeply held belief: that the greatest victories in life often happen within. Seeking support takes courage, and I'm here to walk alongside you on that journey. My path to psychology has been anything but linear, and I think that's what makes me the kind of clinician I am today. Before entering the therapy room, I spent six years working with burn survivors, competed internationally as an adaptive alpine ski racer, advocated for people with disabilities through the National Ability Center, and even co-founded a post-production company in Santa Monica. Each chapter taught me something about resilience, human connection, and what it means to rebuild after life throws something unexpected your way.Professionally, I earned my Doctor of Psychology from The Wright Institute in Berkeley, California — an APA-accredited program where I completed specialized training in Police and Public Safety Psychology. I went on to complete a postdoctoral fellowship at the Huntsman Mental Health Institute, with intensive experience across inpatient psychiatry, residential care, and psychological evaluation. My work spans trauma recovery, psychological assessment, and integrative therapy approaches including CBT, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed care.I work with individuals and couples — preteens through adults — navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, life transitions, and more. I'm licensed in Utah and currently offer virtual sessions across more than 40 states.

Welcome, I am so glad you have taken this step towards feeling and living in a way that feels most desirable to you. My name is Jackie Rock and I am dedicated to providing neuro-affirming care that facilitates education, understanding, healing and growth with individuals who are longing to feel “better”, to engage in meaningful connection, and reclaim internal safety. Over the years my approach has evolved from a pure psychotherapy talk approach to a more integrative one, working with the whole person, not just the mind. I specialize in combining traditional psychotherapy with holistic and neuro-affirming care using approaches like Somatic Experiencing, strengths based focus, Implicit Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, parts work, experiential, and Psychedelic Integration. Through these approaches I collaborate with clients to facilitate and develop deeper understanding, fulfilment, connection, healing and self-acceptance. I am located in Sandy, UT, licensed in Utah and Oregon. My passion for learning, curiosity, compassion, personal experience, and commitment to personal health and transformation aid me in facilitating a safe, connected, and inclusive space for individuals. I enjoy spending my free time adventuring with family and friends, the outdoors, learning, traveling, vegging out, movies, and love my alone time to reflect, relax, and regenerate.

Hello I am glad you have chosen to learn more about yourself. My name is Marcy Porritt. I am genderqueer but will identify as a trans woman when I need to fit into a binary. For me the purpose of assessment and therapy is to gain understanding into the relationships in your life including relationships with yourself, other people and the wider community. I find it particularly important to examine one’s position in oppressive systems and the way that impacts our self concept and other relationships. When you are with me you are the expert in you and your experience. We will work together with the goal of empowerment through the creation of greater self compassion.

Greetings and welcome! I am thrilled about this collaborative and validating journey. My name is Dr. Sharelle Baldwin and as a licensed clinical forensic neuropsychologist, my goal is to provide insight about brain-behavior relationships. I am licensed in Utah and also PSYPACT (APIT) authorization, which allows me to practice psychology in other states as well. I’m excited to understand your experiences and the ways you naturally interact with the world. This process is a neurodiversity-affirming approach. We will talk about your life experiences, your preferences, your strengths and challenges. You are the expert on yourself and my role is to help develop a more full understanding about your communication style, how you relate to others, social-emotional expression, and sensory experiences. I look forward to this process of self-understanding across development, using evidence-based strategies to outline meaningful support in life.

Thank you for coming today. I'm Brandon Woffinden. I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor licensed in Utah. I have a passion for helping people live their best lives. I believe each person is their best therapist. No one knows you better than you do. It is my goal to create a safe space to foster positive conversations and change. I'm committed in supporting you through your therapeutic journey.
