My career began in medicine, where I recognized an unmet need for comprehensive mental health care. This realization inspired me to pursue a role in mental health services, with a focus on addressing issues such as trauma, ADHD, Autism, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), anxiety, and depression.I believe in a person-centered, trauma informed and strengths-based approach that recognizes each person as individual and unique. I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience helping people heal and grow. Based in New York and Rhode Island, I specialize in working with individuals navigating OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationship challenges, grief, and life transitions. What drives me most as a provider is helping clients reclaim their lives and find lasting relief through compassionate, evidence-based care.I draw from a wide range of therapies—including ERP, EMDR, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, solution-focused, holistic, and psychodynamic approaches—so that each session is tailored to the unique needs of the person in front of me.
