I use a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Strength-Based, Person-Centered and trauma-informed approaches. I also rely heavily on my Mental Health & Nutrition Clinical Specialist certificate and utilize nutritional strategies to provide additional support.
