About
I am a clinical and forensic psychologist specializing in comprehensive psychological evaluations including for autism and other forms of neurodivergence. My approach is steady, thoughtful, and grounded in deep respect for each person’s lived experience. Clients can expect a collaborative process that blends structured assessment with genuine curiosity, clear communication, and a commitment to understanding the full picture — strengths, challenges, and the context that shapes them.
I have extensive experience differentiating complex presentations, including ADHD, learning differences, mood and anxiety disorders, and co‑occurring conditions that can make diagnosis feel confusing or uncertain. As both a clinician and a parent of an autistic adult, I bring a grounded, compassionate understanding of the complexities individuals and families navigate. This lived perspective strengthens my dedication to providing evaluations that honor identity, illuminate strengths, and offer clarity that feels supportive rather than clinical.
My goal is to help clients and families understand themselves more fully, access appropriate resources, and move forward with confidence, self‑trust, and a sense of being genuinely seen.
I do this work because I believe clarity is comfort and power. Many individuals and families come to evaluations carrying years of confusion, self‑doubt, or mislabeling, and I want the experience of finally being understood to feel grounding and empowering. As both a psychologist and a mom with lived experience, I bring a deeply compassionate perspective to the evaluation process. It shapes the way I listen, the questions I ask, and the care I take in honoring each person’s identity.
I’m motivated by helping people feel genuinely seen — their strengths, their challenges, and the patterns that shape their lives. I want clients to walk away with insights that open doors to support, self‑trust, and a more authentic path forward. I believe everyone deserves to understand themselves in a way that feels validating, empowering, and true.
I prioritize an affirming, strengths‑based approach because I believe every person deserves to be understood in a way that feels validating and true. My heart is in helping individuals make sense of their experiences — not by pathologizing their differences, but by honoring the unique ways they think, feel, and move through the world. I listen closely to their stories and hold space for the emotions that often accompany the search for clarity. My goal is to ensure clients feel genuinely seen, valued, and supported as they discover insights that can guide them toward self‑trust, meaningful growth, and a more authentic life.
