First in private practice in Washington state for nearly 11 years, then for an HMO in Hawaii for 6 years, and for the nearly last 3 years on Active Duty Military Bases first in Montana and now in Colorado. Currently, I am licensed in Colorado, Hawaii, and Montana and call Colorado home. As a Psychologist, I believe in creating an environment where a person's story can be really heard in order to better help them accomplish their own goals. My practice is also based in principles of mindfulness and lovingkindness meditative practices to help individuals cultivate not only awareness, but also more self compassion. I am excited to help you on your own journey of self acceptance and growth.
