My journey also led me to become a yoga instructor and a mindfulness coach, training that deeply influences my belief in the powerful connection between our minds and bodies.In my practice, I blend a variety of therapeutic approaches to create a personalized experience for each client. I'm trained in EMDR, CBT, and DBT, and I also have experience with Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and somatic therapy, which focuses on the body's role in healing.As someone who lives and works in rural Colorado, I'm licensed to serve clients throughout our beautiful state.My goal is to provide a safe, kind, and compassionate space for everyone, and this means offering care that best meets your needs. One of the main ways I support people is through providing thoughtful, thorough evaluations. My approach is strengths-based and affirming. I start by listening carefully to each person’s story and honoring their lived experience. I highlight the qualities, talents, and perspectives that make them who they are, while also recognizing the areas where support may be helpful.
