Hello! I'm so glad that you have found your way to Prosper and to my home page. I am currently licensed as a Psychologist in Maryland, but previously practiced in several states and overseas with the US military during my long career. I have been committed to the practice of child, adolescent, and family psychology, with an emphasis on psychological assessment. Why? Because I have seen how important, and even life changing, a good assessment can be in helping folks more deeply understand themselves, their unique strengths and challenges, and new pathways forward. Understanding differences in how you think, learn, communicate, and process information might be some of the most important information you can ever have! I am committed to making this a positive, accepting, comforting process in which we can explore the questions you have and come up with useful answers and recommendations together.

Hello and welcome! My name is Amy Fox. I live in Rockville, Maryland and am licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia and also as a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C) in Maryland. I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and concerns related to gender identity. I especially enjoy supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward, and who are looking for a safe, supportive space to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in meeting you where you are. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Theory, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailoring treatment to fit your unique needs and goals. I value an open and honest therapeutic relationship and welcome ongoing feedback. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more understood, and more equipped to navigate life’s challenges in a way that feels sustainable and authentic to you. If you have questions or are wondering whether therapy might be a good fit, I’d be glad to connect and learn more about you.

I’m Dr. Mariam Chohan, a clinical psychologist licensed in Maryland, with a background in psychological assessment and therapy. I’m especially drawn to autism evaluations because a thoughtful assessment can help you make sense of experiences that may have felt confusing or difficult to explain for years. My goal is to make the evaluation process feel collaborative, comfortable, and genuinely useful. I take the time to understand not only your challenges, but also your strengths, personality, relationships, and the ways you have learned to navigate the world. I want you to leave the process feeling understood, with greater clarity about yourself and practical information that can help guide what comes next.

Hello and welcome! My name is Sarie McGlone, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor based in Maryland. I've spent the last several years working with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, and the process of figuring out who they are outside of other people's expectations. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation, not a performance, so I bring warmth, honesty, and a genuine investment in your progress to every session. My goal is to help you build a life that actually fits you.
