I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Massachusetts with 15 years of professional work experience. I have worked with clients from 18-80 years old. I have helped clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, and depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek greater understanding of ourselves and to take the first steps towards healthy changes. I hope to get to meet and work with you soon!!!

I am a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with 16 years of experience, specializing in neurodivergent-affirming therapy for individuals on the Autism Spectrum and those who identify as Neurodivergent. For the past five years, I have worked exclusively in outpatient therapy, with the first three years providing remote/telehealth therapy, adapting to the evolving needs of clients during COVID-19 and beyond. My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and client-centered, integrating evidence-based practices tailored to each individual’s unique processing style, sensory needs, and therapeutic goals.

My name is Molly (she/they), and I am a licensed clinical psychologist living in the beautiful mountains of Vermont. I hold licenses in Massachusetts, Vermont, West Virginia, California, and I am also authorized to practice through PsyPact. With over two decades of experience in the field, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-informed, and affirming care to all individuals, particularly those who are neurodiverse and/or gender-diverse. My practice is grounded in a strengths-based approach, which empowers clients to embrace their unique identities and navigate life's challenges with resilience and authenticity.
