About
I believe therapy should feel supportive, empowering, and adaptable to your individual needs. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, identity exploration, emotional regulation, life transitions, or simply trying to better understand yourself, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, understood, and confident in who you are. As a licensed mental health counselor and art therapist, my approach is holistic and creative, believing that treating the whole person leads to greater emotional well being. Sessions are supportive, practical and collaborative—we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck and develop strategies you can use in your everyday life.
It can be really hard to feel seen in a world that doesn’t always seem built for you. We’re often told there’s a “right” way to do things—but the truth is, that way doesn’t work for everyone, and it’s definitely not one-size-fits-all. My motivation for working with neurodivergent individuals comes from a genuine belief in celebrating what makes each person unique. I love helping people recognize their strengths and feel more confident embracing who they are.Every brain works differently—and it’s time to celebrate yours! It's time to celebrate your perspective, abilities, and all the little things that make you authentically you. I believe that when you start to embrace your individuality, it can become easier to navigate challenges, let go of shame, and move past the barriers that may have been holding you back.
I provide an affirming and strengths based approach to therapy by treating every individual as unique with nonjudgmental and compassionate care. I will view our therapeutic journey as a collaboration and will prioritize your comfort, validate your experiences and offer accommodations if needed. We will focus on your abilities, attributes and interests and use them as a way to heal, grow and move forward.
