About
Hi, I’m Meredith, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker based in Massachusetts. I use a collaborative and flexible approach, focusing on creating a space that feels comfortable, respectful, and responsive to your needs. My goal is to support you in building insight, coping strategies, and ways of navigating challenges that align with who you are.
My interest in working with neurodivergent individuals is both personal and professional. As a neurodivergent person myself, I bring lived experience alongside over a decade of working with neurodivergent folks across my career. I’ve seen how often people are misunderstood or expected to fit into systems that don’t fully support them, and I’m passionate about creating a space that affirms your identity, builds on your strengths, and support you in navigating challenges in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.
I take a neurodivergent-affirming, strengths-based approach that centers your perspective and experience, and respects that differences are not deficits. I support you in understanding your patterns, needs, and strengths, and in building tools that actually work with your brain and nervous system. I prioritize collaboration, flexibility, and autonomy, and I adapt my approach to your communication style and energy in each session. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to unmask, explore your identity, and move toward what feels meaningful and sustainable for you.
