Hello! I am a licensed therapist based in the state of Colorado, and I hold licenses to practice in both Colorado and California. What drives me as a provider is a belief in the resilience of the human spirit and the desire to support people as they create a fulfilling life. For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside a diverse range of individuals and families across many different clinical settings from psychiatric and medical hospitals to outpatient and private practice. Whether you are navigating a major life transition, managing long-standing challenges such as medical conditions or intimate partner relationship struggles, or simply seeking a space to be heard, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are. My background has taught me that while every story is unique, the need for a genuine, compassionate connection remains universal—and that is exactly what I strive to provide for you.

Hi there! I’m Melissa, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Colorado, with clinical licensure in both Colorado and Idaho. I have over 10 years of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, and for the past five years I have provided mental health therapy to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that each person is unique, and I strive to meet you where you are while tailoring therapy to your individual needs. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals who have experienced trauma, face challenges with mood regulation, or need support with anxiety related symptoms.

Hi, Thanks for taking the time to read a bit about me! My name is Amber and I am a clinical psychologist who genuinely enjoys helping people make sense of themselves and their experiences. My goal is to create a space where you can just be you—no overthinking, no filtering, no pressure to have it all figured out.

Hello and welcome—I’m really glad you found your way here. My name is Lori Stalcar, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 18 years of experience supporting individuals across a wide range of life experiences, from everyday stressors to complex mental health and life transitions. I am based in Colorado and have spent much of my career working at the intersection of clinical care, community impact, and systems-level change. What truly drives me as a therapist is both my professional journey and my personal one. I became a therapist, in part, because of my own family’s experience navigating mental health challenges and the difficulty of finding the right kind of support when it mattered most. That experience continues to shape the way I show up—with deep empathy, honesty, and a genuine commitment to making sure you feel seen, heard, and valued. My background includes working in outpatient therapy, medication-assisted treatment settings, corrections, and with individuals who are neurodivergent or living with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I also bring leadership experience in program development and trauma-informed care, which allows me to see both the individual and the larger systems impacting their lives. In our work together, I take a strengths-based, collaborative approach grounded in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and motivational interviewing. But more than any specific approach, I focus on creating a space where you can be real—where you don’t have to filter, perform, or carry things alone.Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, substance use, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I will meet you where you are. My goal is to walk alongside you as you build insight, reconnect with your strengths, and create a path forward that feels meaningful and sustainable.Your story matters—and it would be an honor to be part of your journey. 💜
