Hello! My name is Crystal Harris. I currently live in Northern California after living in Colorado most of my adult life. I am licensed in both California and Colorado. I have always done some sort of social work since the start of my career. I have worked with many non-profits, including developmental disabilities, multicultural education, community organizing, and community health and Hospice care. In all settings, I have valued the opportunity to work with individuals directly and learn about who they are.

I offer a space to feel heard, understood, and supported. My approach is relational, compassionate, non-judgmental, and tailored to your unique experiences. Hi there, and welcome. Reaching out for support is a brave first step, and I’m glad you’re here. Over the past 20 years, I’ve had the opportunity to support people through all kinds of life transitions—whether they’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply looking for a space to breathe and sort things out. I’m someone who listens closely, shows up authentically, and believes in building real human connection in the therapy space. Clients often share that they feel at ease with me because I’m down to earth and easy to talk to. I bring warmth, humor when it fits, and a steady presence. My approach isn’t one-size-fits-all—we’ll figure out what works best for you. Sometimes that might look like helping you build coping skills, and other times it’s about unpacking deeper patterns or just having someone in your corner who truly listens.

Hello! My name is Angela Vigna. I am a licensed psychologist in both California and Texas. Currently, I run a private practice in Santa Barbara, CA, treating adolescents and young adults who struggle to control their emotions, many of whom are neurodivergent. Throughout my 15 years working as a psychologist, I have had the privilege of providing care to neurodivergent clients of varying levels of social and behavioral functioning. I also have many years of assessment experience, which has allowed me to see how valuable psychological diagnostic assessments can be in choosing interventions that work for identified disorders, while taking into consideration the individual's specific needs. This invaluable service will provide you with the resources you need to better understand yourself and the specific support that will be the best fit for you. Welcome! I'm thrilled you made your way to Prosper Health.
