Hi and welcome! I'm Dr. Jostiena Wanis, a licensed clinical psychologist in Virginia. I'm passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves, their experiences, and the unique ways that they think, feel, and navigate the world. One of the things I love most about psychological evaluations is that it offers an opportunity to recognize strengths, better understand challenges, and make sense of your experiences that may have previously felt confusing or difficult to explain. I believe that gaining this kind of clarity can be incredibly empowering. My goal is to make the evaluation process a comfortable and meaningful experience where you feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.

Hi! I’m Dr. Andolyn Medina Powell (pronounced On-duh-lynn). I am a Virginia-licensed clinical psychologist and earned my Psy.D. from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.I am passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves, find their voice, and reach their full potential. As a clinician, I believe in the importance of collaboration and providing individualized, compassionate care within an affirming, safe, and supportive space. While a diagnosis can provide a sense of clarity, validation, and belonging, I believe there is so much more to your story, and I want you to feel understood, and celebrated for the person you are beyond a label. It is my hope that through our assessment work together, you feel truly seen, comfortable exploring your experiences, discovering your strengths, and ultimately, be able to step outside of your comfort zone through understanding what makes you, you.

Hi, I’m Dr. Eanah Whaley. I’m a board-certified clinical psychologist and retired U.S. Air Force psychologist based in Northern Virginia. If you’re considering an evaluation, you may have spent a long time wondering why certain things seem to affect you differently, questioning your own experiences, or trying to understand parts of yourself that have never quite made sense. My goal is to make the evaluation process feel comfortable, collaborative, and genuinely useful to you. I’m naturally curious about people and what makes us who we are, and I want you to feel that I’m getting to know you, not simply looking for symptoms or checking boxes. I hope you leave the process with greater clarity, a better understanding of yourself, and language for experiences you may have had difficulty explaining before.

Hello I welcome you to explore your strengths, struggles and experiences through thoughtful assessments and therapy. As a Psychologist, I welcome you to share your strengths and values as well as how you view the world around you.
