Hi there! My name is Dr. Eric Cotugno and I am a PA Licensed Psychologist. I also have Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology via PSYPACT, which allows me to meet virtually with individuals in participating PSYPACT states throughout the US. As a Licensed Psychologist for the past 15+ years, I have had the privilege of working with diverse individuals and families from all walks of life. In my clinical work, I aim to facilitate a person’s understanding and acceptance of themselves in furtherance of their overall health and wellbeing.

I specialize in psychological assessment, and I’m particularly passionate about helping adults better understand themselves through thoughtful, thorough evaluations. I know that seeking an assessment can come with a mix of emotions, including curiosity, hope, uncertainty, and sometimes even frustration from feeling misunderstood in the past. My goal is to create a space where you feel respected, heard, and taken seriously. I approach this work with care and intention, taking the time to understand your experiences in a way that feels collaborative rather than rushed or overly clinical. I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals who may have gone unrecognized earlier in life and are now looking for clarity. My goal, during my long career, has always been to assist clients get accurate, helpful information during their individual evaluations. During my 20+ years of experience, I've learned to approach evaluation as a journey, with both challenges and rewards. I'm here to help you find clarity and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and how you relate to others.

Everyone deserves to feel comfortable being who they are. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where adults can explore their experiences, build self-understanding, and grow in ways that align with their values.My approach is collaborative, autism-informed, and tailored to each individual. I work with autistic and neurodivergent adults as well as adults experiencing anxiety, stress, self-esteem challenges, identity exploration, or difficulty navigating relationships and life transitions.
