About
Hi! My name is Dr. Hannah. I am a clinical psychologist licensed and based in Pennsylvania. As a clinician, I believe it is important to create a safe and understanding environment that not only helps you get answers to your questions but also helps you to ask the questions you might not have felt able to ask about yourself. My goal is to support you through your process of getting to know yourself better and finding the best ways to showcase your strengths and abilities to the world around you.
I believe in the deeply restorative power of acknowledgement. Having someone listen to you when you speak. Attuned to you. Understanding you. These are important elements of life that are often not granted to those who are neurodivergent. Throughout my work, I have seen adults attempting to get help for their children, friends, and family members. I have witnessed people giving their all and struggling because they mask well and/or because others just don't know to ask a question differently. My goal is to help clients recognize challenges and see their strengths in a way that helps them to more comfortably navigate the world around them.
In my work, I prioritize recognizing your individuality. As an adult, you have lived most of your life figuring out what works for you and what does not. I utilize an affirming approach that builds upon the work you have already been putting into figuring things out. I believe that each client has a foundation of strengths that can be used to help them feel more confident in approaching challenges and everyday situations. I am committed to helping you recognize and utilize your full potential.
