I enjoy helping individuals struggling with anxiety and/or depression, as well as managing the day to day challenges of life. I often work with individuals from the LGBTQ+ community and I am sensitive to the struggles and needs of this population. I utilize evidenced-based approaches such as CBT, DBT/mindfulness, and person-centered therapy in conjunction with having a non-judgmental and caring perspective.

(And in today's world, that includes most of us).  Trauma comes from many sources (sadly sometimes even from those we love).  Unresolved trauma tends to creep into our relationships, how we function in our various roles, even in how we view ourselves in the world. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy. Trauma resolution is a journey worth taking, and I'm always honored to be a part of it with a client.

Hi there! I'm Dr. Natalie Sanchez, a licensed psychologist in Florida and through PsyPact, allowing me to offer telehealth services across 40 states. I completed my graduate training at Albizu University, fulfilled my residency at Citrus Health Network's Child Crisis Stabilization Unit, and was previously the Clinical Director of a residential program for adolescents. Having worked with individuals across the lifespan, I am deeply committed to further supporting those within the neurodivergent community through an empathic and collaborative approach.
