Since then, I have worked tirelessly to help individuals who struggled with issues such as life transitions, career counseling, relationship counseling, anxiety, depression and self-esteem issues, as well as individual attachment issues. Hi! I am Dr. R, a licensed clinical psychologist based in sunny Florida. I am also authorized to provide virtual services in 40+ states through PSYPACT. Over the years, my focus has always been on truly listening, asking the right questions, and helping people make sense of their experiences. I am passionate about working with adults who are exploring whether autism might be part of their story. I believe in the importance of offering a thoughtful, respectful evaluation process that helps people feel seen, understood, and supported.

Hello all, I am so glad you are here. I work with individuals of all ages who experience anxiety, depression, and have difficulty with emotional regulation. I rely on a Person-Centered approach to build rapport with each unique client. I specialize in both working with the LGBTQIA+ and Jewish community. I use a Trauma Informed Approach and Feminist therapy to be an advocate for all individuals. I have a minor in music, and I like to implement music into my therapy services. I bring a special blend of social advocacy, musicianship, and empathy into my work.
