Thank you for being here. I am so glad you have made the decision to learn more about yourself and am truly grateful for the opportunity to join you on this journey. My name is Dr. Cara Nixon and I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist in Florida. I am also a member of PsyPact which allows me to meet with individuals in several different states. I have been lucky to meet some strong, resilient people in my time with Prosper Health. My goal is to partner with you, helping you to better understand yourself through this evaluation process.
We will work together to identify your unique make up. I focus on your individual strengths in order to help you feel seen. You are a valuable person who deserves to be empowered through self-understanding and overcoming challenges. Finding out more about yourself can be the key to achieving personal goals and reaching your full potential.
It can be difficult to navigate a world that is not accommodating to individual differences. I strive to help others find a sense of belonging and realize that their unique traits were never wrong. A better understanding of self is vital to moving forward more happily.
