Hello! I’m glad you’re here. I am Darlene Ayub, I live in Arizona, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Arizona. Hello and welcome! I’m Dr. Megan Dale, a licensed clinical psychologist based in the Phoenix area. I am licensed in Arizona, Washington, and Oregon and am authorized to practice telepsychology in participating PSYPACT states. Throughout my career, I have provided psychotherapy and psychological evaluations to adolescents and adults with a wide range of life experiences, identities, and ways of thinking and relating to the world.
I am especially passionate about helping neurodivergent adults better understand themselves through compassionate, affirming, and individualized care. I believe an evaluation should be more than a diagnostic process—it should offer meaningful insight, validation, and a clearer understanding of both your strengths and the areas in which you may need greater support. My goal is to create a space where you feel respected, heard, and comfortable being fully yourself throughout the process.
