Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Richard Novitske. I currently live at in Phoenix, AZ and am licensed in Arizona. I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward greater well-being and self-understanding. As a clinician, I believe in creating a safe, compassionate space where you feel truly heard and understood. What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

I have always had a desire to work with neurodivergent people for years and have worked with both kids and adults. I feel I can help such individuals live a productive life and to help understand how they are able to do that.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I like to work with clients on a case by case situation because everyone is different.
