Hi, I’m Rachel Tyrrell, LMHC, a therapist based and licensed in Massachusetts specializing in trauma, anxiety, life transitions, empowerment, and neurodivergent-affirming care for adolescents and adults. For over a decade, my work has been rooted in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that healing is not about “fixing” who you are — it’s about building a life that works with your nervous system, strengths, values, and needs instead of constantly fighting against them.I work with people carrying big responsibilities, deep stories, burnout, grief, relationship struggles, addiction, identity questions, and the feeling that life has become heavy, overwhelming, or disconnected. Many of my clients are autistic, ADHD, highly sensitive, high-masking, or navigating the complicated reality of trying to function in environments that were never built for the way their brains work.

Hello! My name is Manda, and I'm a licensed therapist practicing in Massachusetts. I am warm and down to earth, and enjoy getting to know my clients and work with them to meet their goals. I use a strengths-based approach that gives my clients space to figure out how to grow. I also love animals and always enjoy cameo appearances from my clients' pets.

Hello! My name is Chris, and I’m a therapist (LICSW) living and licensed in Massachusetts. While I have experience supporting a broad range of neurodivergent-specific issues, my areas of focus include autistic burnout, recent diagnoses, executive functioning, and queer identities. I'm particularly passionate about working with transgender and nonbinary clients. My style is encouraging and trauma-informed; I value clear, direct communication while remaining kind, open, and gentle. I tend to focus on structured forms of therapy, including cognitive and behavioral approaches, problem solving skills, executive function skills, and goal-oriented work. As some examples, I might use workbooks, structured activities, or other materials. I’ve found that a little structure can do a lot to hold the therapy session, even when new things come up. I love the opportunity to integrate clients’ special interests into my work - especially if you have interest in the nerdy kind! I value creativity and working with geek culture, and enjoy finding ways to incorporate both into therapy.

I combine an analytical mindset for synthesizing information and uncovering meaningful insights with the empathy and interpersonal skills to build genuine, collaborative relationships. As a provider, I am driven by the belief that assessment should be a collaborative process that brings you clarity, validation, and a deeper understanding of your unique strengths.
