Hello and welcome! I’m Dr. Terence Penn, a licensed clinical psychologist based in Baltimore, Maryland. I’m licensed in Maryland and have PSYPACT authorization, which allows me to provide telehealth services in most states.
Over time, I’ve developed a growing interest in neurodiversity in adults. Earlier in my training, I worked with young adults on the autism spectrum in building social confidence and interpersonal skills. I’m particularly interested in individuals whose challenges may have gone unrecognized for years due to extensive masking or high achievement.
I take a collaborative approach to care, partnering with you to ensure you feel heard and understood. My goal is to support your self-understanding through diagnostic assessments in a way that feels empowering, affirming, and grounded in self-compassion.
