Hello and welcome! I am Dr. Kolleen Heslor, a licensed psychologist located in upstate New York and licensed throughout New York State. After working many years supporting individuals of all ages with autism and assessing children, I am passionate about the opportunity to collaborate with those seeking a better understanding of themselves. My goal is provide an open, safe space to explore personal challenges with the ultimate goal of providing a deeper self-understanding and a clearer path to wellness.

Human first. I believe part of the foundation of healing often is encouraging a self compassion and understanding of our humanness. Welcome! I'm Dr. Nichols and I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of New York. I received my doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Hartford and have been in practice for over 15 years. I’ve provided services in a variety of settings (outpatient clinics, residential centers, schools, and day programs), seeing individuals across the lifespan.

My name is Tahirat Nasiru. I am a NY based Licensed Clinical (LCSW) Therapist.I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I also assist individuals improve their self esteem and resolve interpersonal issues relating to relationships and family. Additionally, if you need healing from trauma, I can help with that. I use a trauma-informed approach in my practice. I come from a multicultural background with over 9 years of experience servicing individuals of various cultures, ethnicities, religious beliefs and sexual orientation. Can a fish survive in Mercury? No, and that's how I see neurodiversity. Individuals with neurodiversity are like fish trying to thrive in an environment that isn't suited for them. It's not the fish that's the issue; it's the environment. If your surroundings aren't supportive, how can you reach your full potential? If you're neurodivergent, I want you to know there's absolutely nothing wrong with you. You're learning to navigate a society that wasn't designed with your unique way of thinking in mind. You're figuring out how your mind works so you can adapt to an environment that doesn't naturally support you.
