Hello and welcome — I'm so glad you're here. My name is Elena Baikova, and I'm a licensed clinical psychologist based in California with a focus in assessment. What drives me, at the heart of everything I do as a clinician, is helping people to understand who they are, to feel seen and accepted, and to live with a sense of meaning, agency, and dignity. I believe that greater understanding of yourself can be genuinely liberating, and it's my honor to walk alongside you on that journey.

Hello and a warm welcome to you. I am delighted to connect with you. My name is Jorge Partida. I live in the beautiful city of Long Beach, California and feel blessed to be able to walk to the ocean every day accompanied by Thor and Teotl, my two dogs. My first years of life I happily spent by my grandmother's side. She was a Mexican healer and celebrated every person for their unique gifts and talents when many saw outcasts and abnormality. I knew then, I wanted to be like her and psychology became my chosen discipline to help others on their journey towards healing and self-actualization. I believe we all have a unique gift and talent, and it is important to nurture and polish that gift for the benefit of all. As a clinician, I have worked internationally in Liberia, Colombia, Peru, Mexico as well as nationally in Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles. I believe in creating a safe, compassionate and caring client centered environment knowing that we all have a deep wisdom that can resolve any pain and conflict. My goal is to partner with you to help you uncover your inner strengths and gifts so that you can apply them to resolve lives' challenges. I am committed to help you discover your unique gifts and offer you the care necessary to transform pain and suffering into growth opportunities uniquely tailored to your needs.

My assessment style combines clinical expertise with warmth, curiosity, and genuine respect for each person's unique experiences. I strive to create a comfortable environment where you can speak openly and feel understood. The evaluation process is individualized and collaborative, focused on gaining a clear understanding of your lifelong patterns, strengths, challenges, and ways of engaging with the world. My goal is to provide meaningful insights that help you better understand yourself, make sense of past experiences, and identify strategies and supports that can enhance your well-being, relationships, and success in daily life.

Throughout our work together, I strive to provide clarity, encouragement, and empowerment in a thoughtful and intentional manner. I prioritize creating a warm, welcoming environment where you can feel safe, seen, and heard. I approach this work collaboratively and am dedicated to walking alongside you as we explore your experiences and develop the insights needed to guide your next steps.
