Hello and welcome! My name is Lucas DeMonte (he/him), and I'm a queer, trans, neurodivergent (AuDHD) trauma-informed therapist and educator. I bring over a decade of experience working across mental health, education, advocacy, and community care. My work is rooted in co-creating spaces where clients feel safe enough to show up as their whole selves—unmasked, unedited, and authentically themselves—while also feeling empowered, supported, and thoughtfully challenged in ways that foster growth, insight, and self-trust.

Hello, my name is Owen McGonnell. I live in Round Rock, Texas with my wife, and our pets. I am licensed in Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker so that I can provide mental health counseling and therapy. I have enjoyed meeting and working, in a wide variety of settings, with interesting people with lots of different kinds of worries, hopes, and needs. Another privilege has been getting to work with people of all ages, some as young as five years old, to seniors in nursing homes, and most of the ages in-between. I look forward to partnering with the people I see so that they can get back to feeling good about their lives today and have hope for their tomorrows.
