My goal is to partner with you, helping you understand yourself and uncover strengths as we work together through your concerns and life challenges . Every person’s life path is unique, and I’m committed to offering professional care that is as individual as you are.
My motivation for working with autistic adults stems from a deep respect for neurodiversity and a passion for fostering a space where every individual feels valued and empowered. I am inspired by the strengths, perspectives, and resilience of the autistic community, and I strive to provide support that honors each person’s unique experiences. My goal is to help clients navigate challenges, build on their understanding of their belief system , and develop skills that enhance their daily lives and relationships through these healthy belief systems Our goal is to work together on the suffering that impedes your life, promote more satisfaction and ultimately build on your successes!
I focus on building a better understanding of your story and what your needs are and what struggles you face. Usually I will start with adding tools that you can use to balance your thoughts between sound reasoning skills and emotions. I believe that each client possesses unique strengths and abilities that can be harnessed to navigate challenges and achieve personal goals. We will explore your belief system and how some of those beliefs may impact the desired success you wish to have. We will work on skills that support a healthy belief system and utimately a better thought process
