Our team of therapists and psychologists has extensive experience working with autistic adults.

My name is Dr. Tricia Shihui Wang (they/them), a licensed clinical psychologist in New York and Pennsylvania, and I work with individuals who feel out of sync with the world around them. I know how exhausting it is to navigate environments that were not built for you. My approach is grounded in my own lived experiences as a clinician navigating minority identities. I strive to foster a non-judgmental space where you can feel at home and well-understood. We will use the assessment process to translate your internal experience into a coherent narrative that honors your history and identity.

It is nice to meet you! I am Dana Monroe, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Colorado for over 15 years. Over the course of my diverse career, I have found the power in recognizing people for who they are and in meeting them where they are at, serves as the beginning of their transformative journey towards being the best version of themselves. My professional role is to work along side you to remove obstacles and help you to achieve your goals which can only be accomplished by seeing you, hearing you, and doing my best to truly understand you. I am honored to be part of your healing journey!

Welcome! My name is Larissa and I am a licensed clinical psychologist in New Jersey. What drives me as a provider is helping people make sense of themselves with clarity, compassion, and accuracy—especially those who have spent years feeling misunderstood or overlooked. I approach evaluations as a collaborative, affirming process, not a test you have to “pass,” and I aim to create an environment where clients feel safe, respected, and seen.

Hi there! I'm Dr. Ailema Frigerio and I'm a Florida licensed psychologist and PSYPACT credentialed. I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and at many different stages of life, helping them navigate challenges, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change. As a bilingual (English and Spanish) practitioner, I value creating a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Above all, I believe each person brings unique strengths, experiences, and perspectives, and I work collaboratively with clients to build on those strengths rather than focusing solely on difficulties.

I am a compassionate, mental health provider driven by a deep belief in the power of safety, connection, authenticity, and understanding to foster healing and change. My work is rooted in honoring lived experience and supporting individuals as they make sense of how their relationships, environments, and histories have shaped who they are. I am particularly passionate about trauma-informed and attachment-based care, and I approach therapy as a collaborative process where clients are seen not as problems to be fixed, but as whole people with strengths, insight, and resilience. At the heart of my work is a commitment to ethical, reflective practice and to supporting both individual healing and broader social change through empathy, empowerment, and meaningful connection.
