Greetings. I’m Dr Steve Hawley, PsyD HSPP. I’m a psychologist currently licensed for in person work in Indiana, as well as for virtual work in other/PsyPact states. My areas of specialization include psychological assessment and diagnostics. My goal is to help people find a deeper understanding of themselves and how they fit into the world.

I’m Dr. Michael Railey, a licensed psychologist based in Tallahassee, Florida, and I’ve spent more than three decades helping people understand themselves with clarity, compassion, and evidence‑based care. What drives me as a provider is the belief that every person deserves to be seen fully—both their strengths and their struggles—and to receive care that honors their lived experience. I’m licensed in Florida and bring a rich background in clinical, forensic, and military behavioral health, shaped by years of honorable service as a U.S. Army Clinical Psychologist and Behavioral Health Officer. Today, my work includes advanced neurodivergence assessment using eye‑tracking technology, which allows me to capture subtle patterns in attention, processing, and social‑cognitive functioning that traditional methods often miss. My goal is always the same: to offer thoughtful, accurate, and affirming evaluations that help people move forward with confidence.

Hello and welcome! I’m Dr. Melissa “Missy” Roffman, a counseling psychologist based out of my hometown Jacksonville, FL with licensure in Florida and Delaware as well as PSYPACT-authorization. Over the past 25 years, my training and career as a psychologist has included diverse experience in assessment, therapy, psychoeducation, and coaching, across university counseling centers, as well as private and VA healthcare clinics, including endocrinology, geriatrics, and Primary Care. My assessment experience includes comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for ADHD, autism, learning disorders, cognitive disorders/dementia, and personality and psychiatric diagnostic clarification. I’ve also served as the sole psychologist supporting the workplace well-being of healthcare staff, both clinical and non-clinical, across a large pediatric health organization.
Across these roles, I focused on supporting healthy coping and functioning in the major life domains—school, work/career, medical and mental health, relationships. Over the years, I couldn’t help but recognize the unique challenges, often systemic, for neurodivergent individuals navigating these life domains. I found it incredibly rewarding to help them advocate more effectively for themselves within these complex systems. Seeing them achieve happier and healthier lives is a major reason why I’ve chosen to specialize in working with autistic/neurodivergent clients!
