Hello! My name is Daniel Neil and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I have a plethora of experience working with adults and children alike, with a number of different mental health struggles and varying degrees of severity. As humans we all experience our own individual wellness. My goal is to enlighten, empower, and motivate all individuals I work with to move towards their own optimal level of wellness. Through collaborative efforts in understanding the connection between different areas of wellness, we are able to explore which area of your wellness is most compromised. In doing so, we will have the opportunity to explore coping skills that are effective in maintaining an appropriate level of wellness in all areas of life.
