Intro

Hello, I'm Aiesha, and I'm here to support you through life's challenges. Perhaps, you have found yourself experiencing challenges with building healthy relationships, healthy forms of expression and communication, or challenges with navigating through through life. While making the decision to seek professional help may be difficult, that’s where I come in. Together, we can work towards finding ways to heal, grow, and restore balance within your life.  My ideal client is someone who is seeking to understand their past and how it impacts the present and has the desire to work towards becoming the best version of themselves. I create an empathetic, safe, non-judgmental, culturally competent, and respectful environment. I will support you as you navigate the complexities of life while empowering the change you want to become. I have extensive experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders, including but not limited to serious mental health and substance abuse disorders, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideations, and trauma. Depending on your needs, I will support you with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, treatment modalities, and/or other evidence-based practices. I believe therapy is a collaborative process in which clients may find a greater sense of self, hope, and resilience.  Being able to collaborate with my clients to foster self-awareness, healing, and effective coping skills while leading them to maintain their best healthy self is why I find fulfillment in being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  If you think I’d be a good fit in guiding you throughout your healing journey, please reach out.
