Intro
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Massachusetts with 15 years of professional work experience. I have worked with clients from 18-80 years old. I have helped clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, and depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek greater understanding of ourselves and to take the first steps towards healthy changes. I hope to get to meet and work with you soon!!!
I have worked with adults with autism in both college and community mental health settings throughout the majority of my training and career. I enjoy helping members of the autistic community gain greater understanding of identity. I also enjoy helping individuals with autism gain increased confidence and understanding of their personal strengths and talents. I am passionate about helping autistic individuals develop plans and strategies to address concerns that are impacting their quality of life.
I believe identification and utilization of an individual’s personal strengths is the foundation of successful clinical assessment and care. In my work with clients, we tap into personal strengths from the start of care and use them as resources for developing a plan in relation to the changes an individual would like to make.
