I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Pennsylvania, with specialized training and experience in autism assessment and treatment. I’m passionate about making high-quality autism evaluations accessible to all individuals, and I believe an evaluation should be about more than simply identifying a diagnostic label. It should help people better understand their lived experiences and recognize their unique strengths and needs. Most importantly I hope to help identify meaningful supports and a path forward.

I'm Dr. Kristen Kelsey, a licensed clinical psychologist based in the Denver/Aurora area, licensed in Colorado and Iowa with a PSYPACT credential that allows me to work with clients across many participating states. I focus my work on adult autism assessment because I believe that finally having clear, accurate language for how your mind works — after years of wondering, adapting, or feeling out of step with the world around you — can be one of the most meaningful turning points in a person's life. Hello! My name is Nikki Penwell and I am licensed in Tennessee and Michigan. I currently live in southeast Michigan. I am passionate about helping autistic and neurodivergent adults navigate life. Humor and creative problem solving are part of who I am, and they have naturally found their way into my counseling room. I have training in autism and other neurodivergence through clinical practice and supervision. I utilize a neuroscience-based, trauma-informed framework titled The Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics to guide my understanding of your need. In session I use approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and DBT depending on which is the best fit. My goal as a therapist is to meet you where you're at.
