My name is Karen Walter. I am a licensed mental health counselor in MA and ME. I identify as neurodivergent, and have lived experience with many of the challenges you may want to work on. That said everyone's journey and perspective is unique, and I am a good listener. My goal is to help you identify your unique strengths, develop new skills, and reach the goals you have for yourself. As a clinician, my style is warm, direct, and empathetic. I look forward to joining you on your journey!

Hi, I’m Dr. Colby Kipp, a licensed psychologist in Oklahoma. I’m passionate about helping you better understand yourself, navigate the challenges you’re facing, and recognize the strengths you already bring with you. I strive to create a space that feels genuine, comfortable, and collaborative, where you can feel heard without judgment. My goal is not to fit you into a particular mold, but to understand your individual experiences and help you find support that make sense for your life.

Hi, I’m Dr. Sita-Marie Pillay. I’m a licensed clinical psychologist in California and currently live in Sonoma County. My background includes trauma-informed care, school-based mental health, program development, and working with neurodivergent clients across a pretty wide range of settings.
As a psychologist, I’m warm, direct, curious, and very much a real person in the room. I don’t expect you to communicate a certain way, make eye contact, sit perfectly still, or somehow know the “right” answer to my questions. My job during an assessment is to understand how your brain works and how you experience the world, not to see how well you fit into a textbook.
I want you to leave the assessment process understanding yourself better than when you came in, regardless of what the final diagnosis ends up being.

Hello and welcome! I’m Katie Flanigan-Landeros, a licensed clinical psychologist based in Los Angeles, California. My clinical background includes working with adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, ADHD, perfectionism, and other concerns that may overlap with autistic and neurodivergent experiences. I approach assessment with warmth, curiosity, and respect for each person’s identity and lived experience. My goal is to create a comfortable, affirming space where you can be yourself, feel genuinely heard, and develop a clearer and more compassionate understanding of how you experience and navigate the world.
