Hi, I'm Ashley! For as long as I can remember, I've been curious about how and why people experience the world the way they do. Why does one task feel effortless for someone while another drains their whole day? What makes someone light up, and what gets in the way? Neuropsychology gave me a way to follow that curiosity all the way to how each person's brain works, and I still find it fascinating with every person I meet.I'm a licensed psychologist, and through PSYPACT I can see clients by telehealth in 40+ states. I've spent my career doing in-depth evaluations that look at the whole picture, sorting out whether autism, ADHD, anxiety, a learning difference, or something else are part of a person's experience. Your story matters to me as much as any test score, and it's important to me that people leave feeling understood for who they are. I live in Austin, Texas, and when I'm not working I'm usually baking or outside hiking with my dogs.

Greetings! My name is Erin and I currently live in Minnesota where I am licensed as a clinical counselor. I am a neurodivergent mental health counselor who wants to provide a safe, affirming space for all styles of neuro-divergency and supporting persons. I believe strongly in validating who you are, your experience, and what you want to work towards. I am easy-going and flexible. I can be direct, when necessary, but I approach topics as a discussion to explore. Emotional safety in session is my highest priority, and I will invite you to set boundaries with me because empowerment is essential.

I’m a psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with adults dealing with anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. My style is warm, direct, and practical. I want clients to feel comfortable being themselves while also working on the things that brought them to therapy.

Hello, I'm so glad you visited my profile! My name is Theresa Bennett and I am licensed in Nevada, California, and Colorado. I believe therapy is most meaningful when you feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you can be yourself, explore what matters most to you, and feel empowered to move toward the life you envision.

Hey y’all! I’m Tiffany, a licensed clinical social worker, and I’m really glad you’re here. I work with neurodivergent adults who may be navigating anxiety, trauma, relationships, identity, burnout, self-criticism, or simply trying to better understand themselves and how their brain works.
I know therapy can sometimes feel intimidating, especially if you’ve spent years feeling misunderstood, overlooked, or like you have to explain yourself to everyone around you. I want our sessions to feel different. You don’t have to have the perfect words, know exactly what you need, or show up having everything figured out. We’ll work through that together.
As a therapist, I bring a lot of curiosity, compassion, humor, and realness into the room. I want to get to know YOU; not just your symptoms or diagnosis. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build confidence in who you are, and find ways of navigating life that actually work for you.
