About

Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel both hopeful and a little overwhelming, and I want you to know that you don’t have to navigate it alone.

‍

My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted just as you are. Together, we can explore what’s weighing on you, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

‍

You deserve a space where you can show up authentically, feel supported, and begin to grow. I look forward to connecting with you.

Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

My desire to become a therapist grew from my own lived experiences and the ways they shaped my understanding of the human experience. I know that life can bring moments of uncertainty, pain, and change, and that sometimes what we need most is someone who will listen without judgment and remind us that we don’t have to navigate everything alone. These experiences inspired me to offer others the compassion, understanding, and support that can make a meaningful difference during difficult seasons of life. I believe every person has a story worth hearing and deserves to feel seen, valued, and accepted. Being a therapist allows me to walk alongside others as they navigate their own journeys, discover their strengths, and create space for healing and growth.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

My goal is to support clients in creating meaningful, lasting change through a collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based approach to therapy. I believe growth looks different for everyone, so I strive to meet each client where they are while helping them identify their goals, recognize their strengths, and develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. By incorporating evidence-based practices and measurable goals, we can track progress, celebrate milestones, and adjust our approach to best meet each client’s needs. My hope is to empower clients to build greater self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and create positive changes that align with their values and support their overall well-being.
