My clinical approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect for each person's unique experiences. I strive to create a warm and supportive space where you feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self. I believe that this work is not just about addressing challenges, but also about recognizing your strengths, building resilience, and creating opportunities for growth and healing.

Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

My motivation for working with individuals stems from a deep belief in the importance of feeling seen, heard, and understood. I am passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges while recognizing the strengths, resilience, and lived experiences that shape who they are. I strive to create a compassionate, collaborative, healing, and affirming space where individuals feel empowered to explore their experiences without judgment. I believe that healing and growth look different for everyone, and I am committed to honoring each person's unique journey as we work toward meaningful and lasting change.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I approach this work from an affirming and strengths-based perspective. I believe every individual has unique strengths, abilities, and ways of experiencing and interacting with the world that deserve to be understood and valued. Throughout the assessment process, I strive to create a welcoming, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel comfortable being themselves. I also recognize the importance of cultural identity and individual differences in understanding and evaluating. My goal is to make this process collaborative and affirming, ensuring that individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered with a greater understanding of themselves.
