I have over 17 years of experience working with Children, Adolescents, and Adults diagnosed with ODD, OCD, ADD/ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Severe Mood Disorders, Military/Veteran transitions/reintegration, Stress Management, Tobacco Cessation, Weight Management, Chronic Condition/ Disease Management, Autism/Aspergers, and life transitions to name a few. Additionally, I am a Certified Case Manager, which means that I can help you to coordinate other healthcare needs you may have to help ensure that all of your healthcare providers are working collaboratively and seamless together and in your best interest.
I like to use an eclectic approach primarily combining Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, some Solution Focused Therapy, & Positive Psychology.
