About
What drives me as a therapist is helping people feel seen, heard, and supported—especially during moments when life feels overwhelming. Over my 11 years of experience, I’ve learned how meaningful it can be to have a safe space where you can be honest, let your guard down, and begin to understand yourself with compassion.
I’m passionate about helping clients recognize their strengths, build practical coping skills, and make changes that bring more peace and confidence into their lives. Whether someone is navigating grief, working through difficult relationships, or learning to set boundaries, I value meeting them where they are and moving at a pace that feels right for them. Seeing a client begin to trust themselves and recognize their progress is what continues to make this work meaningful to me.
Over my 11 years as a therapist, I’ve come to appreciate how important it is for people to feel understood and supported in ways that fit their individual needs. That’s what draws me to working with autistic and neurodivergent clients—the opportunity to create a space where they can be themselves without feeling pressured to fit someone else’s expectations.
I’m passionate about helping clients recognize their strengths, communicate their needs, and navigate challenges with greater confidence. I believe therapy should adapt to the person, and I value learning from each client about how they experience the world and what meaningful support looks like for them.
I bring an affirming, strength-based approach by getting to know each client beyond their diagnosis—what matters to them, what they do well, and what helps them feel comfortable and understood. Throughout my 11 years as a therapist, I’ve learned that meaningful progress begins with listening, respecting each person’s lived experience, and recognizing strengths they may not yet see in themselves.
With autistic and neurodivergent clients, I adapt my communication and strategies to their needs, honor their preferences, and set goals together. I help clients build on their interests and abilities, advocate for themselves, and develop tools that work for their daily lives. My goal is for clients to feel valued as they are while feeling supported in the changes they want to make.
