About
Hi, I’m Jennifer, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to creating a warm, grounding space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find clarity amid life’s challenges. I help adults work through anxiety, trauma, circular thinking, and overwhelming life transitions using an integrative approach that blends solution-focused strategies with somatic and mindfulness practices.
My style is gentle but practical — we’ll focus on what’s working, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build sustainable steps toward balance and self-trust. Therapy with me is a collaborative process centered around your goals, your pace, and your growth.
I am drawn to working with autistic and neurodivergent adults because I believe therapy should recognize and build upon each person’s individual strengths. Throughout my work as a therapist, I have valued creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves and exploring their experiences without feeling pressured to fit into a particular mold. I enjoy helping clients better understand themselves, recognize the strengths they already possess, and develop practical strategies for navigating relationships, stress, communication, and everyday life. My goal is to meet each client where they are and work collaboratively toward changes that feel meaningful and authentic to them.
I approach therapy with the belief that every client brings their own strengths, abilities, and lived experiences into the therapeutic process. I work collaboratively with clients to recognize what is already working in their lives and build upon those strengths to support meaningful change. I strive to create a compassionate and affirming environment where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable expressing themselves authentically. Rather than assuming there is one “right” way to approach a challenge, I tailor therapy to the individual, helping clients identify strategies that fit their needs, values, and goals. My role is to support clients in recognizing their capabilities, developing greater confidence in themselves, and creating changes that feel both realistic and meaningful.
