Hello, hola, and a warm welcome to you—my name is K Forest, and I'm an integrative psychologist living and working in California, where I provide therapy, assessment, and training for aspiring psychologists in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. As both a professional artist & psychologist, my heartfelt intent is to uplift people to find peace, inspiration, & deep connection in life. I love creating compassionate spaces for creative self-discovery, partnering with you to learn about your experience together using assessment as a tool to help us deeply understand struggles and reveal new ways to help you break free from harmful patterns. My hope is that you will feel heard, supported, and celebrated as we go through the process together. I'm inspired by the creativity, authenticity, empathy, & courage of neurodiverse people, and I feel a deep respect for the many contributions autistic adults make to our world community. I believe the autistic community deserves attuned, caring spaces where each person feels valued, respected, and empowered, and I'm passionate about celebrating & uplifting these voices. I want to provide care that builds on the strengths, perspectives, & contributions of autistic adults, and I strive to provide support that honors each person’s unique experiences. My goal is to help you navigate challenges, recognize your strengths, and develop skills that enhance your daily life and relationships, working always towards satisfaction and inspiration.
My style is accepting, insightful, playful, and body-wise—I provide a warm, gentle presence full of appreciation for what everyone has faced & overcome in their lifetime, honoring how every body has a story to tell and wisdom to impart. Through an affirming, strengths-based exploration, together we find unique abilities and supports to help you thrive.
