Hello and welcome! I’m Jacqueline Harris, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist in North Carolina, as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina. I’m passionate about helping individuals feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward greater emotional well-being.
My approach to counseling is warm, compassionate, and person-centered. I believe that every individual brings their own strengths, experiences, and way of seeing the world into therapy, and I strive to create a safe and accepting space where you can be yourself without judgment. I enjoy helping clients better understand themselves, build practical coping skills, recognize their strengths, and develop strategies that work for their unique needs and goals.
Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, substance use concerns, and other emotional and behavioral health needs. What continues to drive me as a provider is seeing people discover that growth can happen when they have the right support, tools, and space to move forward at their own pace.
I look forward to getting to know you, learning what matters most to you, and working together in a way that honors who you are.

Welcome & Introduction
Hello and welcome! My name is Dr. Tamer Fawzy. I am a Licensed Psychologist dedicated to providing comprehensive, evidence-based diagnostic assessments. Undergoing an evaluation can be a pivotal step toward understanding yourself or your child more deeply. I believe in creating a supportive, transparent environment where you feel heard, respected, and actively involved throughout the entire evaluation process. My goal is to deliver clear, actionable diagnostic insights that illuminate strengths, clarify challenges, and provide an accurate roadmap for future support and growth.

Assessment Philosophy
I believe that clinical questions and cognitive or behavioral concerns never exist in a vacuum; they must be understood within the broader context of an individual’s developmental history, environment, and personal goals. An accurate evaluation is more than just symptom identification or standardized scoring—it is a collaborative, evidence-based investigation designed to provide meaningful clarity. By integrating rigorous assessment tools with a holistic view of each person, I aim to provide precise differential diagnosis and individualized recommendations that empower clients, families, and referring providers to make informed decisions moving forward.
Areas of Diagnostic Specialization
• Neurodevelopmental Evaluations: Comprehensive assessment for Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD/ADD) across the lifespan, Learning Disorders/Disabilities, and Autism Spectrum conditions.
• Complex Differential Diagnosis: Clarifying overlapping presentations, such as distinguishing Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) from Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), mood dysregulation, or trauma-related symptoms.
• Child, Adolescent, and Adult Evaluations: Diagnostic assessment of emotional, behavioral, and self-regulatory concerns (including pediatric and adolescent behavioral/executive functioning patterns).
• Actionable Treatment Planning & Recommendations: Synthesizing clinical findings into clear, tailored recommendations for educational accommodations, workplace support, and targeted interventions.

Hello and welcome! I’m Dr. Cruz Tovar, a licensed clinical psychologist with experience in psychological assessment, diagnostic clarification, and individual therapy. I’ve had the opportunity to work with people from many different backgrounds and life experiences, and I value taking the time to understand each person as an individual.
I approach assessment with curiosity, compassion, and the understanding that you are much more than a diagnosis or test score. My goal is to create a comfortable and collaborative environment where you feel heard and can openly share your experiences. I believe a thoughtful evaluation can provide more than a diagnosis—it can help you better understand your experiences, recognize your strengths, and gain greater clarity about yourself.
