I’m a licensed mental health therapist who is passionate about creating a space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. I currently live in the St. Petersburg, Florida area and am licensed in Nevada, with a professional background that includes working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, relationship challenges, and other emotional concerns.
I earned my master’s degree in Christian Counseling from Grand Canyon University and am trained in EMDR and Brainspotting, with additional training and experience in trauma-informed care. Before and alongside my clinical work, I spent nearly 20 years working with children and families as a nanny, which has given me a unique understanding of child development, family dynamics, and the everyday challenges parents and caregivers face.
What drives me most as a provider is the opportunity to help people better understand themselves and recognize that their experiences, emotions, and responses have a story behind them. I approach therapy with warmth, authenticity, active listening, and validation while also providing psychoeducation and practical tools clients can use outside of the therapy room. My goal is to meet each person where they are and create a supportive relationship where they can feel comfortable being themselves while working toward meaningful and lasting change.
