Welcome- I'm so happy you've found your way here! My name is Elizabeth. I was born and raised in small town in Vermont, but am currently living in a rural area of Utah. I am passionate about providing services to the community that raised me and shaped me into who I am, which is why I hold licenses in both Vermont and Utah. As a psychologist, my goal is to combine your understanding of your lived experience and inner world with my expertise in assessment and mental health. My hope is that, together, we can provide you with greater self-understanding in a way that feels supportive and compassionate.

Hello and welcome! I look forward to working together. My name is Maureen Walsh. I live and am licensed in Connecticut. As a therapist, I believe in creating a safe, collaborative space where you feel truly heard and seen. My goal is to partner with you, helping you find resilience and tap into strengths as we work together towards your goals and through life's challenges. Every person's journey is unique and I'm invested in providing care that is as individual as you are.

Hi! I’m so glad you’re here, and I’m truly honored to be considered as a part of your journey. My name is Dr. Arwin Cotas-Girard, and I’m a licensed clinical psychologist in California specializing in comprehensive psychological assessment. As a neurodivergent woman, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience, especially in evaluating Autism Spectrum Disorder in girls and women, who are often overlooked. Trained in Therapeutic Assessment, I approach evaluations as collaborative and healing experiences. My work is deeply relational and I partner closely with clients and their key supports to develop a compassionate, holistic understanding of each person’s unique needs.

Hello and welcome. My name is Steven, and I’m a licensed clinician based in New York, working with clients in California, Florida, Nevada, and New York. My approach is grounded in curiosity, respect, and real conversation — not jargon or performance. I work with adults who identify as autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent, as well as those navigating anxiety, grief, creative identity, and relationship changes.I see therapy as a collaborative space, where we make sense of experiences without judgment or pressure to conform. Together, we explore patterns, emotions, and thoughts as information — not flaws — helping you build insight, resilience, and self-trust.If you’ve ever felt unseen or misunderstood, my goal is to offer a space that feels human, grounding, and real, where understanding replaces shame and growth happens naturally.

Hi, I’m Beth. I was born in Baltimore and raised in Columbia, MD. I am independently licensed in the state of Maryland and have over 25 years of experience working with clients who are neurodivergent, autistic, and those who live alongside depression, anxiety and post traumatic stress. This is my life’s work. My goal in the therapeutic relationship is to foster a safe judgement-free serene space, so that my clients can work toward their goals, identify what troubles them, and bring healing to hurt shame and trauma. I work on creating a positive safe and supportive environment with my clients so that they can explore, learn, heal and grow from the therapeutic interaction.
