I am so happy you're here! My name is Jaimee and I live in Syracuse, Utah and am a LCSW licensed in Utah. I understand how overwhelming the decision to come to therapy can be and finding someone who truly wants to understand your experiences. I am dedicated to supporting you on your path of personal growth as you navigate life's challenges. I am committed to creating a space of safety, where we can laugh and talk about difficult things as well.
My niece Adelaide, who was diagnosed with ADHD and ASD at age 10, is what initially inspired me to work with autistic/neurodivergent clients. I am continuously amazed at the resilience of each individual I work with and how much I continue to learn from each one about autism/neurodiversity. I love to collaborate and explore how you experience your world and the challenges you may face. I am intentional in creating a warm, safe space where you feel completely accepted for exactly who you are. Together we can collaborate to build skills, identify personal strengths, and provide insight that will continue to improve all areas of your life.
I am passionate about utilizing a strength-based, person-centered approach in therapy to ensure that each person feels valued and accepted. I believe the strongest aspect of therapy is the relationship with each client that allow them to show up authentically and express themselves completely. Together we can identify unique strengths and continue to build skills that help you achieve whatever you set your mind to.
